He conceived the original idea, developed the concept from vision to reality, and owns all intellectual property rights to this revolutionary project.

With exceptional foresight and entrepreneurial spirit, he identified a fundamental gap in maritime transport and created an entirely new solution. He conducted comprehensive market research, developed the complete business model, and established the strategic vision that positions Neptune Drive as a future leader in global logistics.

As the sole creator and developer, he has dedicated himself to every aspect of the project: from initial concept through market validation, from technical specifications to financial modelling, from brand identity to global strategy.

Agile leader and Certified Scrum Master with a proven track record of empowering cross-functional teams to deliver high-value digital products. Her background as a Senior Software Engineer provides deep technical fluency that enables effective coaching and continuous improvement.

She specializes in guiding teams through complex digital transformations in telecom, tax, and sports technology. At Neptune Drive, she applies this expertise to optimize autonomous submarine systems development, streamline agile workflows, and unite technical teams around delivering revolutionary maritime transport solutions.

Chief Executive Officer, Observer Technology & Solutions

An honor graduate of Engineering from Al Balqa Applied University, Eng. Al Awaysheh brings extensive executive leadership to the Neptune Drive project. As founder and CEO of Observer Technology & Solutions, he has led business transformations across the MENA region, with previous CEO roles at Al Ettijahat for Commercial Investments in Jordan, General Manager positions in Qatar, and leadership at Amanco (Alpha Holding) in the UAE. He contributes strategic vision, market penetration expertise, and a track record in managing private equities and OEM partnerships.

Hasan Erman

Quality Manager

A Software Engineering graduate from Petra University, Hasan brings expertise in quality management systems (QMS), process optimization, and performance monitoring, combined with a background in software development, field operations, AI, and IoT. His role ensures every component of the autonomous submarine system meets the highest standards of reliability, safety, and performance.

Bader Zeidan

Technical Team Leader

A Computer Science graduate from The Hashemite University with over a decade of software development experience. As Technical Team Leader at Observer Technology & Solutions, his skills span .NET Core, Blazor, Angular, SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL, web services, and Flutter, with extensive experience in system integration, real-time data analysis, and AI applications.

Aysar Hijazi

Mobile Applications Team Leader

A Computer Science graduate from Al Balqa Applied University, Aysar leads mobile application development for the project. His expertise spans mobile and web development, AI applications, IoT analytics, and systems integration, ensuring the project’s control and monitoring interfaces are intuitive, reliable, and accessible across all platforms.

R&D Engineer – Embedded Systems

An Electronics Engineering graduate from Yarmouk University with over 6 years of experience in circuit design, PCB layout, microcontroller programming, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). He has contributed to advanced measurement systems and UAV navigation, applying sensor fusion, inertial navigation, and IMU data analysis.

Musab Nahar

Embedded Systems & IoT Engineer

With experience across the Middle East, Gulf, Turkey, and Europe, Musab has delivered hundreds of projects ranging from simple applications to complex integrated systems. He combines hardware, software, and system integration expertise to develop the submarine’s onboard systems and autonomous capabilities.
